It's for switching DC power source from 5V to 220V. The control signal is 3-32V DC. Maximum current 10A. Please note it needs a heatsink to work with it if the current is higher than 7A.

Note: To test an SSR, the easiest way is to use a bulb. Please check the following video. A multimeter won't help since there's a small current leakage even if the output of the SSR is open.
